Ordering from Little Rooms is quick, easy and most importantly safe.
Little Rooms is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. All shipping information is kept strictly confidential. We will never give any information to a third party.

We offer payment processing via credit card using Paypal or eWay secure payments pages to ensure your personal details are kept safe. Your payment details will not be stored.

All payment information is only handled by Paypal or eWay. Details will not be either collected or stored by Little Rooms.
Our store is run by Shopify and includes a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart for full security. Our store has been set up with the BNZ Merchant safety standards. We believe in safe online shopping.

Returns

Please check all products carefully at the time of receiving and advise us within seven (7) days if there is a fault with your product and we will refund your purchase (including freight) or exchange the goods as required.
Please note refunds on 'change of mind' items will be assessed case by case. Shipping costs are not refundable for 'change of mind'.

Should that item be out of stock a refund or store credit will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any bedding items should be checked before washing.

Please also be aware that photos on our website are a guide only. We will endeavor to provide you the best images we can.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Freight charges are only refundable if there is a problem with your purchase but not for change of mind.

All our prices are quoted in NZ Dollars NZD.
We will also accept payment by direct credit BNZ 02-0704-0139983-000 Little Rooms Please contact us if this is your preferred option.

Please note that quoted prices exclude shipping costs.
